By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry to Vigilant Technical Services Works L.L.C., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or request our services.
Our Services
Vigilant Technical Services Works L.L.C., licensed and registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designs, manufactures, and installs custom kitchen renovations. Our team handles layout design, 2D and 3D visualisation, cabinetry and joinery, materials selection, and installation. This website lets you request a free design consultation so we can understand your project and prepare a proposal.
Consultations and Quotations
The free design consultation, including any layouts, mockups, and quotations we prepare for you, is provided to help you make a decision and does not constitute a binding renovation contract. No work is commissioned and no obligation arises until a written renovation agreement is signed by both you and Vigilant. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and may be revised if the scope, materials, or site conditions change.
Project Agreement and Payment
Once you decide to proceed, your renovation is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the agreed scope, materials, timeline, price, and payment schedule. The terms of that signed agreement take precedence over anything described on this website. Deposit, milestone, and final payment terms are defined in that document.
Warranty
Vigilant provides a warranty on completed kitchen renovations. The specific warranty period, coverage, and any conditions or exclusions are set out in your signed renovation contract, which is the governing document for all warranty matters relating to your project.
Cancellations
Before a renovation agreement is signed, you are free to decline to proceed with no cost and no obligation. After an agreement is signed, cancellation terms, including any costs already incurred for design, materials, manufacturing, or scheduled labour, are governed by that signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Vigilant arising from or in connection with any project is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that project. Vigilant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of profit, or other commercial loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, renders, 3D mockups, drawings, and the text, images, and other content on this website remain the intellectual property of Vigilant Technical Services Works L.L.C. unless assigned to you in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share our designs or website content for any purpose other than evaluating your own project without our prior written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or a project shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
Changes to These Terms
Vigilant may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you contact us applies to that interaction. Continued use of this website after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
